We all know what fresh food is but what exactly is clean food? Clean food is whole, un- or lightly processed. Clean eating involves a healthy combination of colorful vegetables and fruits (think kale, red peppers and mangoes), grains, nuts and seeds.
In addition to cutting back on additives and preservatives embracing a clean diet involves cutting back on refined grains, unhealthy fats and excess amounts of salt and sugar.
Veganism is not necessarily a requirement for a clean diet, but reducing your consumption of meats and cheese in favor of plant based foods has been known to improve your health and longevity.
Clean eating is boosted by eating foods when they are in season. Seasonality ensures that the food is at its best nutritionally.

Lunch at Auntie's is always interesting. Our selection of deli salads, soups, frittatas and sandwiches change daily. Specials include hand pies, casseroles, quesadillas and burritos. From our menu you can choose from our very popular Buddha Bowl or Kale Super Salad. Put an egg on any salad we sell.
